within 30 days of delivery. If returning an item you must:
1) Email or call customer service at 919-569-6765
for a return authorization number.
2) Include your return authorization number
on your label.
3) Agree to an 18% restocking fee.
4) Send the product(s) freight prepaid.
We cannot accept returns that:
1) Are not in the original condition, are
damaged or are missing parts
2) Are returned more than 30 days after
3) Are sent freight collect
4) Are custom-made to specific specifications/drawings

Q: Why is shipping so high? Do you have handling fees?
A: On orders less than $100, we have a $15.00 handling fee. Our shipping calculator calculates the actual cost of shipping the item to your location (based on the ship-to zip code that you enter), and if the total of your items in your shopping cart is less than $100, there will be a $15.00 handling fee included in the shipping charge. For orders over $100, the shipping calculator shows the actual cost of shipping with no additional fees added. Often orders over $100 will ship free, but there are items that are exceptions to that rule.
What is your turnaround time?
A: Our turnaround time can vary widely depending on the items ordered. While we strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, occasionally your item may be out of stock. Please call if you have a required arrival time and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: Can I get my order the next day?
A: We do not have Same Day Shipping available. While our shipping calculator in the checkout will quote the cost of “Next Day Air (Ships Out Next Business Day)” shipping when it is available, there may still be a lead time depending on a number of factors. For this reason we recommend to call during our business hours to confirm a realistic time frame expectation.
