The Channelizer Drum is available in rugged, durable High Density (hard) polyethylene, or impact resistant, reshapable Low Density (soft) polyethylene. Made with bright orange color molded throughout the drum and UV inhibitors to minimize fading. The drum is a minimum of 18 inches wide throughout its 36 inch height with a tapered design that allows stacking with or without barricade lights for easy storage and transportation. The built-in handle allows easy carrying and dragging with two mounting holes for optional barricade lights. NTPEP tested - meets or exceeds MUTCD specifications.
The Channelizer Drums are engineered to be reshaped after most impacts. By applying simple hand pressure to the dented areas, most drums can be reshaped into their original form and reused. The D shaped design minimizes rolling after impact and the gentle curves throughout the drum eliminate sharp edges or corners that can crack or break when impacted. The drums have a unique retaining lip, that acts like a flange for added strength during impact.
The Channelizer Drums are available with or without reflective sheeting bands. We offer a large variety for you to choose from in 4 inch width and 6 inch width.
