Pricing Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Stop-Painting.Com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.

All orders placed (in U.S. denomination) must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email at the email address provided on your order. Shipping and delivery time frames quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

Freight amounts at checkout are estimated and may vary from actual freight charges. While we try our best to offer accurate freight amounts at checkout, it is not always accurate. Please call to confirm.

Total Cost includes estimated Tax and freight amounts, if applicable. Your invoice will reflect final tax and freight charges on the items shipped.

If the order is placed over the phone or fax then we charge shipping.

Availability Policy

On occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event, Stop-Painting.Com will notify you via email with the status of your order. If the expected delivery date of the item is within 30 days, Stop-Painting.Com will place your order on back order and notify you when it ships. If you wish to cancel your order while on back order status, please see our Cancellation Policy. If the expected delivery date of the item is greater than 30 days, Stop-Painting.Com will notify you that the order has been canceled due to an out of stock status. All notifications will take place via email.

Return Policy

You may return most items sold by within 30 days of delivery. If returning an item you must:

  1. Email or call customer service at 919-569-6765 for a return authorization number
  2. Include your return authorization number on your label
  3. Agree to an 18% restocking fee
  4. Send the product(s) freight prepaid

We cannot accept returns that:

  1. Are not in the original condition, are damaged or are missing parts
  2. Are returned more than 30 days after delivery
  3. Are sent freight collect
  4. Are custom-made to specific specifications/drawings

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: Our turnaround time can vary widely depending on the items ordered. While we strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, occasionally your item may be out of stock. Please call if you have a required arrival time and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: Can I get my order the next day?

A: We do not have Same Day Shipping available. While our shipping calculator in the checkout will quote the cost of Next Day Air shipping when it is available, there may still be a lead time depending on a number of factors. For this reason we recommend to call during our business hours to confirm a realistic time frame expectation.
