The Channelizer Drum is available in rugged , durable High Density (hard) polyethylene, or impact resistant, reshapable Low Density (soft) polyethylene. Made with bright orange color molded throughout the drum and UV inhibitors to minimize fading. The drum is a minimum of 18 inches wide throughout its 36 inch height with a tapered design that allows stacking with or without barricade lights for easy storage and transportation. The built-in handle allows easy carrying and dragging with two mounting holes for optional barricade lights. The drum tops come with or without bases. NTPEP tested - meets or exceeds MUTCD specifications.
The Channelizer Drums are engineered to be reshaped after most impacts. By applying simple hand pressure to the dented areas, most drums can be reshaped into their original form and reused. The D shaped design minimizes rolling after impact and the gentle curves throughout the drum eliminate sharp edges or corners that can crack or break when impacted. The drums have a unique retaining lip, that acts like a flange for added strength during impact.
The drum tops and bases are manufactured to snap-lock around the entire perimeter of the drum with a unique lip, or flange design of each drum and base for positive locking. Designed to stay together when dragged or moved around construction sites, the top piece easily separates when impacted by a vehicle or taken apart for storage.
The Tire Ring Base is made from truck tire sidewall sections. This 25 lb base is economical and easy to use. Simply drop one or two 22.5 inch diameter tire rings over the drum top and you are ready to go. Each drum has a unique retaining lip that acts like a flange to hold a tire ring securely in place. The rubber tire ring grips the road and minimizes drum movement and rotation.
The Channelizer Drums are available with or without reflective sheeting bands. We offer a large variety for you to choose from in 4 inch width and 6 inch width.

Four 4in. Sheeting Bands or Four 6in. Sheeting Bands: Engineer Grade, 3M High Intensity, Reflexite high Performance, Avery High Performance, and 3M Diamond Grade.
