Q: How do you install the rubber parking curb on an asphalt surface?
A: Block off traffic before installing. Drill holes into the asphalt through the holes already in the rubber parking curb. Make sure the holes are at least ½ inch wide and 3-4 inches deep. Drive the ½ inch rebar spike through the holes in the rubber parking curb.
Q: How do you install the rubber parking curb on a concrete surface?
A: Block off traffic before installing. Using the ½ inch lag bolts, drill holes into the asphalt through the holes already in the rubber parking curb. Make sure the holes are at least ½ inch wide and 3-4 inches deep. After removing the product, re-drill the appropriate length and width required for the metal shields and install. Finally, re-position the rubber speed bump with the lag bolts. Periodically inspect the bolts and tighten if necessary.
