Its flexible polyester laminated photo-luminescent film absorbs and stores natural or artificial light energy and the tape will become immediately visible in complete darkness. This PGD-6 glow in dark tape has a 5 mil poly coated release liner, and the permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive makes it easy to apply. This glow in total darkness tape sticks securely to many different surfaces. You'll see the brightest glow in the first 30 minutes after light activation has ended, but the tape will remain clearly visible in complete darkness for 6 or more hours. Application:
Used for identification of critical equipment controls, light switch covers, exit and directional signage - especially for escape routes and stairways. Tape clearly labels safety equipment and provides a safe, illuminated path through stairwells, halls, rooms, and other potentially hazardous areas. Simple and inexpensive to install just position, peel off backing, and adhere. This safety system requires virtually no maintenance. Used in hotels, hospitals, schools, public facilities, office buildings and manufacturing plants - wherever people need a safe, reliable high and low-level lighted pathway in case of an emergency, such as power outages or the spread of smoke. This product has excellent resistance to UV light and does not show significant degradation when used outdoors.
